Caroline Baerten is a psycho and traumatherapist, nutritionist and chef-sommelier.
Since 2008, she has been actively involved in raising awareness of what, why and how we eat for public health. She is among the first mindful eating trainers worldwide and serves on the advisory board of The Center for Mindful Eating in United States.
Her mission is to introduce people to the wealth of tastfull and nutritious foods originated from respectful and regenerative agriculture.
