What is Mindful Eating?
Mindful Eating is an innovative approach based on scientific research and open to anyone who want to explore their relationship with food and eating.
- Mindful Eating is not a diet or weight loss program.
- Mindful Eating is about awareness of your eating habits, sensory and bodily sensations.
- Mindful Eating has more to do with where, when, how and why you eat than what you eat.
The Mindful Eating program is incorporated into different training modules;
8-week courses and workshops, in group settings or individual sessions.
Menu is also a unique training platform for healthcare professionals in Europe.
The training on offer includes masterclasses and Mindful Eating courses with internationally renowned facilitators
Tell me, what else should I have done?
Doesn't everything die at last, and too soon?
Tell me, what is it you plan to do
with your one wild and precious life?
